“Michael arrived within an hour after I called, on a Saturday, he was very friendly , professional and knowledgeable, pin pointed the issue with our roof top unit and fixed it, no guessing no throwing parts at it that it didn’t need. I was very impressed with his attitude and willingness to explain things about how the equipment works. Thank you so much Michael. We will definitely call these guys next time we need HVAC work.”
“You can't go wrong with Nova. They always respond quickly and don't try to gouge you with their prices. We've used them two or three times now and couldn't be happier with their service.”
“I highly recommend Fersa HVAC & Electric Heating and Air Conditioning. From the very beginning, they demonstrated a level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity that can sometimes be difficult to find in the HVAC industry.
What impressed me most was their straightforward and honest approach. They took the time to properly evaluate the situation, clearly explain what was needed, and answer my questions without trying to pressure me into unnecessary repairs or additional expenses. That kind of transparency immediately builds trust.
Their experience and expertise were also evident in the way they approached the work. They were knowledgeable, thorough, and professional, and it was clear that they understand HVAC systems and know how to diagnose problems rather than simply replacing parts and hoping for the best.
Good technical skills are important, but honesty and character are equally important when you're trusting someone with your home and an expensive HVAC system. Fersa HVAC & Electric demonstrated all of those qualities.
Based on my experience, I would confidently recommend Fersa HVAC & Electric to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, experienced, dependable, and—most importantly—honest HVAC company.
I truly wish I would have found them YEARS AGO! I've hired a lot of companies that wanted to scam me. FERSA HVAC & ELECTRICAL is NOT ONE OF THOSE COMPANY'$
Thank you FERSA for the excellent service and for treating your customers with professionalism and respect. You have definitely earned my trust and my recommendation.”
