“Wolfgang was kind enough to come out on a Sunday to check the electrical of our HVAC. We weren’t receiving power to the wall thermostat and therefore it wasn’t turning the unit on. He showed up on time and was very professional. He discovered that our furnace switch in the attic had been turned off (we’re in the middle of selling our home and during one of the showings they inadvertently turned off the system). We had no idea that switch was flipped, or even that the switch in the attic controlled the unit! He was very educational without making us feel dumb - still super embarrassed that he came all the way out for basically no reason. Now that the HVAC is running, it’s still not blowing cold air, so we’re waiting on the HVAC tech to come out and assist. I can only rate my experience on Wolfgang at this time, and will update once the HVAC tech comes and does their thing!

“I have been a Paschal customer for several years. They are incredibly responsive, and I often get an appt the very next day. I have had HVAC, Plumbing, and electrical services through them. Today I am reviewing the plumbing services. We had an issue with a hot water heater leak. Plumber arrived and had issues with how it was to be repaired. The repair was completed, but the company called and just wanted to send out another plumber (no charge) the next day to double check that all was good. Russell Grimes came, did some minor rearranging of drain, etc to improve safety and efficiency. Explained everything he was doing and why. Walked us through everything. I cannot praise him highly enough and would gladly have him as my plumber for every future visit!! Thank you, Paschal for making sure everything was working well.“

TX heat wave s no Joke,“

“Emergency outage on a 95 degree day. My family was home, they worked me into a full schedule. The tech (Terry) was knowledgeable and walked me through everything he was doing. Had my house cooling again within an hour of appt. Very pleased and will utilize their services again.“
