Emergency outage on a 95 degree day. My family was home, they worked me into a full schedule. The tech (Terry) was knowledgeable and walked me through everything he was doing. Had my house cooling again within an hour of appt. Very pleased and will utilize their services again.
Our technician, Roger, from AirStar Cooling and Heating did an awesome job! He was flexible working around our schedule and kept us informed on when he would be arriving.
