As a mom still navigating postpartum fitness (even two years later!)—and as someone with health challenges that can make working out intimidating—George has been a game changer. I’m stronger, more empowered, and seeing real, legit results thanks to his coaching.
George takes the time to tailor workouts specifically to your body and your needs. I really put this to the test with neuropathy, a hernia, migraines, and other limitations, and he never once defaulted to a cookie-cutter plan. He adjusts, supports, and truly listens. His coaching style is rooted in kindness, empowerment, and deep knowledge, which makes a huge difference—especially if fitness hasn’t always felt accessible or safe.
The gym itself is fantastic: clean, welcoming, and well-equipped, with all the basics you need (bathroom, lockers, water station). The other coaches and clients at The Strength Warehouse are also amazing and supportive, which makes it an easy place to show up consistently.
