If anyone is looking for a gym, Chalk Training is the place! I enjoyed my time here at chalk training. All the coaches are very helpful and friendly. Crystal is the owner of the gym and she is very knowledgeable when it comes to nutrition and not to mention she has awesome workouts that will challenge you! You will not be disappointed, you will get the result you are looking for! You will definitely have all the support you need at Chalk Training. I highly recommend this place!
Just a kind warning: This Gym causes an addiction ? After 2 years of some short term other gym memberships in Austin and my own efforts trying to walk, go kick boxing, bike riding, playing tennis occasionally I realized nothing works if it is not consistent. I started Chalk almost a year ago with their 6 weeks challenge thinking once I get the habit of exercising and eating healthy, drop 10-12 pounds, I can continue on my own as I will know better what I need to do. And in only 6 weeks (which was the most difficult time of the year including Christmas and New Year holidays) I did dropped, % 4.9 body fat % , 9.6 pounds weight and gained muscle weight.
