    Absolutely the best gym and trainers ! When you join, you're joining a true family and support system. ASF provides personalised training sessions and their staff are experts. This is not your typical gym so if you're looking for a truly professional setting with a team of experts who walk the talk, this is the place for you !

    Very happy to support this local business and get great personal training experience. Clean facility, friendly staff, and conveniently located.     Eric has been an awesome trainer for my wife and I. I am recovering from surgery 6 months ago and he has been preparing workouts with my recovery and mobility in mind. I am also training for the Boston marathon and Eric is getting me prepared to run a PR. He is working with my wife to tone, add lean muscle mass, and increase core and leg strength and monitors every workout to assure the weights match her level of progression. He also racks the weight and sets up the next set so we can move seamlessly through sets. As a college athlete and former collegiate coach I would recommend him and Austin Simply Fit to athletes recovering and training for their next competition.

We are a private studio centrally located in Austin, TX specializing in 1-on-1 and semi-private training. We offer 30 minute, customized personal training that meets you where you are. In our studios, you'll notice our encouraging atmosphere and world class training equipment. We'll help you become the best version of yourself possible.
