The coaches at EAAC are so great. If you don't quite understand a movement, you can always ask without a worry, they will explain it. They are passionate about fitness and take teaching the classes seriously. There are a bunch of options to choose from class wise too - whether you want more of a HIIT workout, or focusing more on traditional lifts. I've been coming to this gym for about 9 months now, and the way I've been able to gain muscle, loose weight and lift more has been incredible! Whether you are new to lifting, never have lifted, or are experienced... the vibe is encouraging and you'll fit in just fine. So, just come if you are on the fence and you'll be hooked!
Coach Shelby is the best- I had never been to a weight lifting gym before this and Shelby made me feel totally comfortable and taught me all the basics in order to feel confident. I also love this gym because they offer cold towels complimentary and have free yoga every month!!

This gym is the perfect balance between being a gritty gym with hard workouts and a community of people who are honest and have integrity. Their trainers are welcoming, fun, and care a lot about form and recovery- something that in my experience is not always the case in weightlifting gyms. I had to take FMLA for a mental health break during the months of April & May this year and I can honestly say that the trainers and the community at EAAC helped to save my life. Every class...read full review
