But more important, he makes sure I am working out consistently regardless of the specific exercise routine. He checks in the day after our training sessions to see how I am responding to the workouts. He makes sure my form is safe for the athletic movements we do. “Has never been too busy to where I can’t finish a workout. Well spaced out and plenty of workout equipment. The best part is the sauna and they replaced the old one with a new one and it’s perfect. They have showers if you need to get ready after a sweaty workout as well as vanity mirrors lockers. Reasonably priced for the amount of equipment they have, bathroom space and sauna. They also have a smoothie bar with different proteins and add ins.“
