“Have had a problem with A/C drain line causing system to shut down every 5 minutes because the drain line being clogged caused it to back up in the drip pan. Had Levy & Son out to try and clear the drain but needed a plumber to snake the drain. Alejandro and his assistant arrived at 8:00 and went to work to clear any debris or blockage. Verified that the drain line was now clear and the drip pan was emptied. Very happy with the results and highly recommend Alejandro for your plumbing needs.“

Apparently we were one of the rare unlucky few where the leak requires chasing. I was working from home so I heard the team discussing what to try and heard them debate the best next step and they also were very proactive in communicating our options, their recommendations and pricing at each stage. If they would have wanted to overcharge us, it would have been very easy to because our gas was shut off and who is going to cut corners when dealing with a gas leak. It was the Friday before Columbus Day weekend and I could hear the guys talking to a nearby team they were supposed to meet for lunch. Not only did they stay and missed lunch to try and get it figured out but the other team stopped by to see if they could help figure out what the least expensive and least destructive next step was. These guys were so kind and I could truly feel their empathy and hard work to help us out. It isn’t often with home services that you have no doubts about the people and job being done. After a few days with this team in our house and some big payments, I had nothing but gratitude for how kind they were to us. I know they could have easily charged us double or just told us we needed all new piping. They worked really hard. And the owner, Texas called us to check in and I knew the team was in communication with him. At the end of our experience all we had was a ton of respect and gratitude for Cody, Lance and the entire team for the care and empathy they had for our house and the stress of a big repair. We have never had a consistent plumbing/hvac service but now we do. Just call them!“

Whenever I need help with plumbing related issue and contacted them, Jason or Megan always responded and arranged services promptly. The owner Jason is so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The first time I contacted them for service was back to a couple of years ago. My water heater needed to be replaced and I called Leak Whisperer based on the good reviews. They offered me a very reasonable quote and they arranged the service quickly. I remember that it was in August and the temperature was about 100 degree, Jason and his team showed up on time with a brand new water heater. “I always love supporting local merchants in my area and CPS didn't let me down. I recently received a water bill that was 4x the prior month, with not add'l water usage. I called CPS and the very next day they sent Luke and Jared out to test for leaks. The guys could have jumped straight into a more expense test with the main box, but instead they were methodically, went water device by water device (ie, sinks, faucets, washing machine, each toilet to see if any of those were leaking - also finding the fittings to my toilets were original to the 1983 house (which I had them replace - for a reasonable price). The last test proved (we hope - havent' received a bill yet) was a leaky toilet. Yet they went ahead and then tested the main controller, first the house then the irrigation system. Fortunately no pressure change - so all was good (whew!). Best of all Luke explained all the way through what he was doing and spoke in a way I could understand what he was doing.
