I don’t think I have ever come across a business that cares so much about their customers. Let’s face it when you’re calling a plumber you are having a bad day; there’s no way around that. When you reach out to this amazing group of humans you can be assured you will be taken care of as if you were a member of their family. Not only do they come out on time if not early but they are through and take pride in what they do; over communication is their thing and transparency is in their dna so much so that I had to tell them multiple times I trust y’all to do me right; and quite honestly I do. For the quality of work they do they are honestly underpriced as you can tell they understand the challenges a lot of folks are facing with unexpected expenses right now. In a world where it’s all bout nickle and diming folks they are refreshingly the opposite and the amount of care Chris and Richard have for their clients is special. Cannot recommend them enough.

Called ENCO at 7:30 p.m. on a Saturday to see if I could get someone out to look at my leaking tankless water heater. As always, it happened on the weekend, but I wanted to be sure it wasn't going to get worse and cause damage. By 8:30 p.m., Luke was at my house and was very good. The heater was leaking internally, so Luke had to turn the heater and the water off to prevent further damage to the unit. I'll be without hot water for a couple of days, but I'm confident the ENCO and Luke will do what they can to get the heater repaired or replaced as soon as they can. Luke was great!
Had an excellent experience with ENCO. Heard water dripping in the ceiling from our water heaters on Saturday evening of a holiday weekend and had a technician here within 25 minutes. Cannot be more appreciative of their incredible customer service. Their quick response helped us avoid serious damage. They were thorough in explaining everything and performed great work. Highly recommend!
