Medley's consistency and professionalism in the project amazed me from start to finish, including city inspection. Mr. Alan from Sales was thorough in his inspection and recommendation of the appropriate size/type units. He was always ready to answer my questions and ensure that I was comfortable and satisfied with my decision. Their online pricing is straightforward, and they continue to outperform the majority of their competition. There was some uncertainty over the installation date, but Mr. Alan was able to handle and resolve it right away. Their installation crew did an outstanding job. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Medley! They saved me when another company failed to show up. The other company had no sense of urgency so I wasn’t sure what to expect from Medley. I was pleasantly surprised how responsive Medley was. I was able to get a next-day appointment and they kept me informed all day until the technician was available to meet me at my home. So professional, so friendly, and most of all informative! Colton was amazing at explaining the issues to me and reassured me that he would take care of the problem. Wow! I’m absolutely blown away from the wonderful service we received from Mason at Medley Heating and Air Conditioning! My husband and I have been dreading calling about our old AC unit after just having to replace our other until 2 months prior for a ridiculous amount. We had called the company that has replaced our unit previously and they immediately got their sales person there to sell us on over priced ac units. I did a quick search to try and find an honest company and called Medley. From the second they answered the phone and send text with pictures of Mason and how far away he was from our home I was immediately impressed.
