I have used AAA AUGER several times in the past and have been extremely satisfied every time. This time was no different. Tyler dispatched Eric as soon as he was available. Noon the next day my tank was replaced and I had hot water again. Every service person is courteous, professional, and friendly. Everything is explained and options are presented. I called AAA Auger Plumbing because they were on a list of approved contractors for my Downtown Dallas mid-rise condo.I needed two new toilets installed and my water heater flushed.David, a Master Plumber, came to my condo to give me a quote. He then came back the next day with an apprentice to install the toilet and flush the water heater.David answered all of my questions. He and his apprentice installed the toilets. Had a great experience today with AAA Auger. The plumber came right in time on a Sunday morning. He helped analysis the situation and was extremely professional with me and my neighbor. All my options were clear and did not pay for anything other than what I agreed to. Will definitely go back if/when I need to
