Luke was dispatched for routine 6 month HVAC ecosystem health inspection, and the brought the most comprehensive observations and heightened capacity to communicate them we've experienced in more than a decade with Levy & Son Service Experts. He welcomed me to stay at his side throughout the equipment inspection so that he could point out details showing wear and tear. Brent and Thomas did an excellent job with plumbing repairs at our home. We were under a time crunch and they divided up the projects to get everything repaired fast as possible. Well done.

I had Levy & Son out today to service and flush my tankless heater. As it happens my hot water pipe going into my house failed last night. The joint and all the piping was pex connected with Sharkbite fittings done by prior home owner's plumber. Bryan from Levy & Son came out not knowing about the issue that just came up and did a fantastic job explaining to me the cause and how to prevent it from happening again. In under 2 hours he flushed my tankless, redid my piping and the uninsulated pictures show how well it was put together. I would highly recommend Levy & Son and next time I will be asking for Bryan by name.
