I had an emergency leak of my A.C system. The dispatcher was was great and Jose Rebollar and Bernie arrived within an hour. They kept me informed every step of the way, fixed the issue and gave me great advice in moving forward to avoid the issue again. I went ahead and signed up for a maintenance agreement becuase I was so impressed with their work and professionalism
We had a great experience with Service Experts and specifically, our assigned technician, Todd Bloomer. While replacing the kitchen sink faucet that was broken (we provided the replacement), his inspection of the entire fixture, including under the sink revealed a broken valve as well, which was also replaced (he procured). We appreciate Todd's diligence, professionalism and excellent communication during his visits. A great job!
Everything was on point with on time service, call ahead, introduction by Abdiel Ayala. He explained what he would be doing and what he would look for. At the end he gave me a summary report and concluded. 5 stars on the annual service of my hot water heater.
