Lee company did us right again! Thanks to Todd, he got us all squared away and taken care of. Both our units were 15yrs old and having all kinds of issues. Todd made sure we got replacements that were reasonable. Not the Cadillac, just the reliable solid models. Saved us a ton of money on the units too. Did not over sell, and when our nest thermostat was having problems connecting to the new unit, he got Ryan right out here to get things straightened out. Love the 10 year parts and labor warranty on both units! We have been loyal Lee co customers for over 25 years and will continue to be so.
