Sam was terrific. He assessed multiple leaks and fixed everything. He was there exactly when he said and got done early. I can tell from conversations getting this thing fixed that the company tries to the right thing.

After calling a competitor and being told they couldn’t come for 5 days, I called Jewell Mechanical and they were able to come that day. Alex kept me apprised on his status on arriving to my home the whole way. When he arrived he got to work immediately, explaining what he was doing and how much it would cost. Alex was very friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciate Jewell Mechanical on repairing my A/C at a time of immense heat.

I truly cannot recommend Jewell Mechanical enough! After going through three different HVAC companies trying to get our issues properly addressed, finding Jewell Mechanical was such a relief.
Nate and Mucci were absolutely incredible throughout the installation and repair process — professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely wonderful to work with. And David was an absolute angel.
