Ty and Dustin were awesome. Received a call before my appointment to ensure I was ready and then received a text letting me know their ETA. I love this type of communication.I have been with Donelson Air for over a year and I love their service and the reminders they send for appointments and semi-annual check up. Great service and glad I signed up.
I've been using Donelson Air for years, including semi-annual maintenance inspections for my HVAC system. Service has always been great and today was no exception. The technician, Jonathan Patterson, was on time, answered all the questions I had and was professional. It's obvious he's been in this line of work for many years and knows what he's talking about. My furnace is nearly 19 years old and is finally in need of some major work. Jonathan was very good about explaining the process, ordering the parts and scheduling the work to be done on Friday! Professional, courteous service. Eric and Ty were great. They were able to diagnosis the a/c issue I had and complete a fix same-day on a Saturday so that I could have working air conditioning. Highly recommend.
