After the other company spent an hour inspecting our unit, they determined we needed a repair to the tune of $2500. We didn't have a good feeling about the cost or the way the repair was communicated (lots of technical words and acting as if our Lennox unit was not what most people had in the South ??) We called Comfort Engineered Systems and Josh was able to quickly diagnose the issue as a clogged water line. Total cost was a fraction of what the other guy stated.
