“My HVAC system was generating more water than its collection pan and drain could handle. The overflow flooded my basement and the hallway adjacent to it. I called these folks about 9 AM on July 4 (I’m not lying) and Demetrius was at my house within an hour. He stayed most of the day, determined the existing HVAC water drain was 40 feet long (the standard maximum is 20 feet); the unit just wasn’t draining all the water it generated. he placed an assist pump at the halfway mark and a shut off trigger at the HVAC water collection pan to shut off the HVAC if the water level in the tray got too high. I asked a lot of questions and he had no problem taking the time to answer them. I’m 76 years old, I’ve owned several houses and rental properties. This was the best HVAC service I have ever had, hands-down.”
