Great company. On time and great communication! Always thorough and knowledgeable! Here at my property they have diagnosed and fixed multiple issues on a brand new building ! Highly recommend these guys!

These folks did some work for us in 2022, and they've stood behind their work even when some minor issues popped up a year later.This review is one way to share that we think they're a good company to choose, but we'll be telling our friends and neighbors who have HVAC work they need done as well.

I called Cumberland cooling at 10:30 AM on a Thursday morning during the snow week, and within two hours, two technicians came out and got my heat working. I was was straight up miserable without heat, and beyond grateful they were willing to come out in this crazy weather, especially on such short notice. The workers were friendly, kind, and extremely helpful. They explained everything they did in terms that were easy to understand. One tech even found an unrelated issue, providing me with pictures and the proper verbiage to use when contacting the company responsible for the damage. I cannot recommend them enough.
