Chris was extremely helpful and was able to take care of the issue that day which was great- very informative and overall helpful & very kind so we appreciated that! And are thankful for his work done!
I live outside of the state and scheduled a discount service call. I let my tennant handle the scheduling and that seemed to work fine. however, i had an issue paying for it and getting my invoice It seems that the office is so decentralized that communication breakdowns happen as a result. a few phone calls resolved all problems and everyone was understanding and fixed things immediately.
Kevin was extremely friendly, answered any questions I had and didn’t mind that I watched as he sorted through things to fix the issue. He explained the issues and gave very good advice on solutions.
