“Solace is amazing! Our air went out on Memorial Day weekend, and we were able to get an appointment for Tuesday! We were shocked. Rodney came and did a full check on our entire system. He was so thorough and explained things well. He gave us a price for repair, and told us to check about financing. Once we knew we could get financed, we asked for someone to come give us an estimate on replacement since our unit was out of warranty. Jacob C. came out and he was so thorough and knowledgeable, and he answered all of our questions. Neither of them tried to sway us either way, they just presented the facts. We decided to go with a replacement, and Jacob D came and replaced our unit. He was so kind and thorough and took care of everything. We are so grateful! None of this could have happened without Amanda, though. She answered my calls and texts, she worked with me on scheduling, answered all my questions, helped us with financing, talked me through every single step, and was just overall a rock star in every category.
