I'm not sure who the guy was that preformed some routine maintenance on my system but I do believe he said that he started in January. Anyways, this man was respectful and quick and appeared to be knowledgeable. I'm a first time customer and the service satisfied me. I'll definitely be using this company again for all of my future HVAC needs... especially if they're all this easy to work with!

We had a great experience with South Nashville Heating & Cooling. During the winter storm a few weeks back, it became clear to us that our 20+ year old furnace was in need of replacing. Jonathon, one of the co-owners, came out and spent nearly 90 minutes walking the property with us. Of the HVAC experts we interviewed, he was the only person to look at the house holistically. He quickly figured out a way to improve airflow to the cold parts of our 100-year old house and sketched out with us a future plan to re-do the ductwork. Our HVAC went out during the winter storm leaving our home frigid. They came out quickly, fixed the issue and what we had been charged was a lot lower than what I expected. Highly recommend. We have been using them for a few years now and have always had a great experience. Plus, the person handling the phones and scheduling is wonderful making the process that much better!
