Gallatin Floor Fashions installed carpet and engineered hardwood for our daughter’s whole home. The experience was great from shopping at their showroom to quick and efficient installation. They screwed all the boards down for the whole downstairs on their 1977 home then came with a crew of 6 and did a wonderful job in a day. What a transformation. We would definitely use them again!

After vetting multiple plumbers, Scott’s Plumbing Repair was the one I’ve decided to hire to replace a tankless Water Heater.
What went well:
- pricing was done over the phone. Reasonable and straightforward.
- During the first visit, they did great job working with the manufacturer to replace the entire unit and not only few parts as part of the warranty process.
- They picked up the replacement unit from the distributor
- Replacement/installation service was done professionally with no surprises
- Showed me how to descale the unit in the future
Overall, I was pleased with the service and the professionalism. Most importantly, I appreciated the transparency and the punctuality.
What went wrong: Absolutely Nothing.
I’d hire again and currently considering another service from Scott’s Plumbing for a whole house filtration system.
I used Falling Timbers 5 years ago and had a fantastic experience, so they were my first call when more work needed to be done. The job was much more involved this time.
Joe came out assessed the job and gave me a quote. He and his crew removed numerous large trees, ground stumps, cleared overgrowth at the back of my property, leveled out the entire area, and addressed an erosion issue with my creek bank. Once again, they worked hard, and exceeded my expectations. I'm beyond happy with the work that was performed.
My neighbor and a family member had Falling Timbers do some work for them after seeing what they were doing at my place. They were just as pleased as me with the work and the price.
This is the best company and I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for quality work, at fair prices from an honest business owner. They do a lot more than tree service these days, so check their website and maybe call to see what they can do for you. You can bet that they will continue to be our company of choice for any service they offer.

I visited the local chiropractors to introduce myself and get familiar with their services. The office manager, Bethany, was incredibly welcoming. Dr. Nick, the chiropractor, was very knowledgeable and performed some stem cell therapy on my knee. The treatment only took five minutes, and I already felt better. My knee felt more mobile after the service, and I’m definitely going to return.
5 stars! He did an amazing job detailing my car. He was friendly, worked incredibly hard, and paid attention to every detail. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of work. Highly recommend if you want your car looking brand new again!

This location(Gallatin,TN) has been by far the best Fast Pace location that I have been to. The office was clean and appeared very well ran. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Both the receptionist and the doctor were very kind They were in great spirits, happy to help, and went above and beyond to help me. As a person who has found it hard to advocate for themselves in the past, they advocated for me as it should be. I will definitely make this clinic my new place of choice.
We go on a regular schedule, over 2 years. My lil' Ginger loves being groomed and now they paint her nails! They are very kind and genuinely care about the animals. They seem to make them comfortable and love the fur babies ❤

Zoe gave me the best haircut of my life!! Having wavy hair can be a challenge; most hair salons cut my hair like it’s straight, but it’s not curly enough for a true curly girl cut. Zoe made the appointment fun and welcoming, knew exactly what to do for my waves, helped me with routine and product recommendations, and encouraged me to finally get the shag cut of my dreams! Just moved to Gallatin and tried 3 other barbers before coming here. KC at Public Square Barbers is the real deal. From the first cut he took the time to actually get to know me and what I wanted — and he remembers it every time. Always runs on time, keeps the conversation easy, and isn't afraid to make helpful suggestions when you're on the fence about something. Hard to find a barber who checks all three boxes, but KC does. Won't be going anywhere else.

It’s been over a year since I’ve went to a traditional nail shop so I was a bit nervous. I knew of this shop so I did a review dive to find the best tech. Will’s name was listed a few times. I must say the reviews did him no justice! Will was so pleasant and the leg/foot massage was heaven on earth. He took his time and even picked the perfect color for my French base on the first try. She was so knowledgeable and listened to what I was wanting asking for picture references to make sure we got it right! She brought dimension and shine back to my hair with highlighting techniques and conditioning treatment. I highly recommend the deep condition and scalp massage!! 10/10

I found Rosa on google for my 14 y.o daughter. When I spoke to her she was very professional and squeezed my daughter in before she started school for a silk press. When we arrived she was ready for my daughter. Rosa and I along with my daughter talked the whole time. It was our 1st visit, but her kindness shined. She did a beautiful job on my daughter’s silk press. She cares about hair and it shows. Our visit was excellent and I have already booked another appointment for my daughter. I've gotten a few Swedish massages from Sharon Howse at Elite Studios. They have been, by far, the absolute best experiences! It is clear she puts so much intention into every detail of the experience for her clients- the rain sounds, calming & relaxing music, essential oils, hot towel, candles, lighting, & the massage itself are all so perfect!! I always feel absolutely glorious walking out of there, despite the number of aches & knots I walked in there with. We noticed an unexpected increase in our water bill and suspected we had a leak somewhere. I called Michael Jr. Plumbing, and they were able to come out in less than 24 hours. Michael quickly determined that the leak was inside the house, found the source, and had it repaired in no time. I really appreciated the prompt, professional, and friendly service. It's a relief to have the problem fixed so quickly, and I'll definitely be calling Michael Jr. Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

They were the only Hardwood Flooring Company that took the time to find flooring to match an existing floor in my home. The flooring was installed throughout the house by Copeland Flooring and it looked amazing and matched the existing floor. Today, I have a damaged wood floor in all weather Lanai caused by a split-AC that leaked water . Benji is looking at options to repair or replace the flooring. We have been a customer for over 10 plus years and never disappointed in their sterling service. The prices are very competitive and the quality is suburb. Finally, the keys to any service company are the people. The team always communicated in advance making us aware of the Service Appointment as well as when they were enroute. Additionally, the team always made sure that we understood what steps they took in delivery of the services.
As we have moved to another state, we will have to find another Pest control company that can measure up to the standard that All Things have set in the past years.
We feel confident in recommending All Things Exterminators as they have clearly earned their 5-star rating with us.
1,000% DO NOT RECOMMEND!! If I could deduct stars I would!! My original contract states they would spray my yard monthly from March through October. This year they have taken it upon themselves to schedule in November and December, NOT SHOW UP, AND CHARGE ME. I normally pay online so they has my credit card info. THEY TOOK THE LIBERTY OF TAKING MONEY FOR SERVICES THAT DID NOT EXIST AND FOR WHICH THEY HAD NO AUTHORIZATION TO DO SO. THIS IS THEFT. I called and spoke with Rachel in billing when I saw the pending charge on my account and she said she would email corporate aro get the charge removed or refunded. I never heard back from her and the charge went through. I phoned her the second day, after the charge went through, and she said that she was sorry and would email corporate again to get the money refunded. My account is showing a charge for services in November and December that did not happen. November's eventually happened because I had to call and complain because I got a bill for services for which no one completed (I work from home). Now, in December, they have not only entered that they have come out and completed service which they haven't (nor were they supposed to according to our contract), they have run my credit card and taken money from me WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. I have requested my contract cancelled. Supposedly they have done this. I am going to next report to the Better Business Bureau and authorities.
Family Tree Service (Michael) just finished helping me clean up from the winter ice storm and additional trees, and other work I needed completed. From the quoting process to scheduling and after two plus days of work, Michael and all his crew were so professional, kind, and the work was top quality. Michael and his crew took care to make sure my yard was protected through the equipment he used as well as making sure through the process that I was still okay with many of the items we discussed and how they would be handled. We took our sweet golden here less than a year ago for an annual check up after having a bad experience at another vet in town and absolutely loved it. Dr Bates was so amazing with him. Unfortunately we had to rush our Marley boy to the emergency vet and unexpectedly lost him. I received a sympathy card from Dr Bates herself and it meant the world to us. You can tell they truly care about the animals they see and we will absolutely be returning with our next pup. Their pricing is also very reasonable compared to other vets in town.
We love McMillan!!! The staff is always friendly, helpful and responsive. Treatments for our dog have always been exactly what he needed. They have never made us feel pressured into doing something - many times they have recommended a less expensive, less invasive option first before going to something major. Also, the app is super helpful to be able to message about questions.

Dr Becker is both kind and knowledgeable. My cat’s symptoms were complicated and she clearly communicated the details and potentials so we could make decisions. She also helped us see the conservative options first before heading toward more expensive routes. In the end the diagnosis she thought was correct and euthanasia was the only option. But I could more easily accept the loss because Dr Becker patiently helped us do all we could to give Gypsy what we could until then. Grateful to Dr Becker and staff.

Gallatin animal hospital does a great job with our 13-year-old lab mix. They are competitively priced and they are friendly and they do a great job of getting animals in and out without hassle.
My dog had to be brought in for an emergency after ripping open her incision and we had an amazing experience at the Critter Clinic! The office was closing in ten minutes from the time we called but the staff allowed us to bring her in and said they would wait for us. Everyone there is EXTREMELY caring and nice which is so comforting when it comes to your fur baby. I was never left in the dark about what needed to happen and they kept me updated the entire time on how she was doing. We are new to the area and have struggled finding a vet but I think we found our new vet home with the critter clinic! Thank you so much for your help!

Emma is a highly professional therapist with excellent technique; she applies just the right amount of pressure and targets acupoints with great precision. After the session, my tense muscles were completely relaxed, and the soreness and stiffness in my shoulders, neck, and back were significantly relieved. It was a wonderful experience highly recommended.
