After vetting multiple plumbers, Scott’s Plumbing Repair was the one I’ve decided to hire to replace a tankless Water Heater.
What went well:
- pricing was done over the phone. Reasonable and straightforward.
- During the first visit, they did great job working with the manufacturer to replace the entire unit and not only few parts as part of the warranty process.
- They picked up the replacement unit from the distributor
- Replacement/installation service was done professionally with no surprises

Had my first repair by Scott and I couldn’t be happier. He quickly fixed a number of issues, some I’ve been dealing with for a year. Knowledgeable, polite, a true gentleman. Scott will be who I call for plumbing issues going forward. It was also nice not dealing with one of those big companies that are more interested in upselling.
