Benji worked with us to refinish our floors. He was most helpful and advised us on the best options to achieve our desired results. Additionally, he came out to check on the flooring the following day to make sure they were right before we made any payment. We identified a few minor things - without hesitation, he had his team of guys there within an hour to resolve those issues. We were very happy with the work and the excellent customer service. Highly recommend Copeland Hardwood for floor repairs, install, and re-finishing! They were extremely helpful in replacing our water damaged hardwood and making, not only the damaged room look incredible, but sanded and refinished ALL of the hardwood flooring in our house to match. Without asking, they covered up areas of the house with protective sheets while sanding and removed wall decorations to keep from any dust. Cleanup after each day was handled with just as much care. Highly recommend. I would definitely use them again.I could tell during the sales process that these guys are very customer focused and gave me full confidence that they were the best choice. That's why even though they came in with the highest quote, we hired them to do the job.We ordered grade 2 hickory, which has a lot of color and knots. The bundles they brought over did not have the proper coloring or knotting. They had to go back to their supplier multiple times to get us the exact flooring that we wanted.
