“Took my 16-year-old Shih Tzu, Gus, in for a nail trimming yesterday. He was in great need of this service. Gus has difficulty being in a standing or sitting position for even a short time, and he gives me a hard time when I try to trim his nails, so I was worried the groomer would not be able to do it. She had no problem at all. She and the staff there were very welcoming, helpful, and kind, and I was so pleased with their service. I went to The Groom Room at the recommendation of a couple who stopped and chatted with me while Gus and I were out for a walk. They gave the groomers a great deal of praise, and I can now do the same. Highly recommend.“
