1,000% DO NOT RECOMMEND!! If I could deduct stars I would!! My original contract states they would spray my yard monthly from March through October. This year they have taken it upon themselves to schedule in November and December, NOT SHOW UP, AND CHARGE ME. I normally pay online so they has my credit card info. THEY TOOK THE LIBERTY OF TAKING MONEY FOR SERVICES THAT DID NOT EXIST AND FOR WHICH THEY HAD NO AUTHORIZATION TO DO SO. THIS IS THEFT. I called and spoke with Rachel in billing when I saw the pending charge on my account and she said she would email corporate aro get the charge removed or refunded. I never heard back from her and the charge went through. I phoned her the second day, after the charge went through, and she said that she was sorry and would email corporate again to get the money refunded. My account is showing a charge for services in November and December that did not happen. November's eventually happened because I had to call and complain because I got a bill for services for which no one completed (I work from home). Now, in December, they have not only entered that they have come out and completed service which they haven't (nor were they supposed to according to our contract), they have run my credit card and taken money from me WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. I have requested my contract cancelled. Supposedly they have done this. I am going to next report to the Better Business Bureau and authorities.
I highly recommend Lance Kranenburg as a knowledgeable and thorough service provider. He earned my trust and respect by listening to my concerns and responding appropriately.
I just want to say thank you so much to Jesse Gunn from us pest. Talk about amazing customer service that’s this guy right here. Dealing with drain flies is something I am so not use to and Jesse went above and beyond to make sure that that he would work with me to find a solution. He came out the next morning as soon as possible and even ordered me a device for extra precaution that will be delivered to my house. He gave a great explanation and just really made me feel that I was such a priority and his commitment to making sure I was happy by the time he left. It’s been a long time since I came across someone amazing like this that has passion and commitment to make customers happy. Thank you so much Jesse !!!
