Scott's Plumbing Repair
“After vetting multiple plumbers, Scott’s Plumbing Repair was the one I’ve decided to hire to replace a tankless Water Heater.
What went well:
- pricing was done over the phone. Reasonable and straightforward.
- During the first visit, they did great job working with the manufacturer to replace the entire unit and not only few parts as part of the warranty process.
- They picked up the replacement unit from the distributor
- Replacement/installation service was done professionally with no surprises
- Showed me how to descale the unit in the future
Overall, I was pleased with the service and the professionalism. Most importantly, I appreciated the transparency and the punctuality.
What went wrong: Absolutely Nothing.
I’d hire again and currently considering another service from Scott’s Plumbing for a whole house filtration system.”
