I’ve been going to Daily Spa about 3 years now. Each time has been a great experience… Until this week. The price for one hour has gone up to $80 recently. When I have extra cash, I always tip. Yesterday I forgot to put tip money in my pocket(I don’t take my purse inside). When my massage was completed, I paid the $80 and was SHOCKED when the girl asked me “where’s my tip”. This was the first time ANYONE had ever asked for a tip. Not even at a restaurant have I ever been asked for a tip. I thought this was optional on the customer’s part.
