I have been coming to The Farm since it opened and I refer to it as my home away from home. Located just outside of Nashville, TN it is a calm countryside setting that inspires a quiet brain. They offer exercise classes for weight loss, maintenance, or rehabilitation plus a pool, hot tub, sauna and amazing massages. Kayaking and fishing as well, plus the most delicious healthy meals I have ever been served. That's my favorite part, they fix all the meals and do all the dishes. You can come just to clear your mind and get away from the noise of life or you can sign up for the exercise portion. They offer day passes, three day packages, weekly or even long-term stays. If you haven't been to this paradise, you should really give it a try!
Extremely professional, and knowledgeable. I completely trust them with any of my home projects. I’ve been using them for all of my home repairs. Im very satisfied with their work and integrity. I would recommend them to anyone needing things built, or fixed.
