Friendly, fast response. Service that goes the extra mile. Price for toilet install was not the cheapest around, but no complaints on quality of service. Arrived promptly in professional vehicle and attire. Very respectful of our property. Kudos also to their office staff for their friendly demeanor. Will call again!

I would like to share the beginning experience I've had with them so far. When I called I requested a service and the phone got disconnected. I immediately received a call from the owner concerned about the message I had put in and we were able to straighten them out as it looked to be bad customer service but that wasn't the case! Both ladies I've dealt with are professional and caring and I appreciate the concern from the message. They are coming to check out the un urgent issue on Monday.
