Took my 16-year-old Shih Tzu, Gus, in for a nail trimming yesterday. He was in great need of this service. Gus has difficulty being in a standing or sitting position for even a short time, and he gives me a hard time when I try to trim his nails, so I was worried the groomer would not be able to do it. She had no problem at all. She and the staff there were very welcoming, helpful, and kind, and I was so pleased with their service. I went to The Groom Room at the recommendation of a couple who stopped and chatted with me while Gus and I were out for a walk. They gave the groomers a great deal of praise, and I can now do the same. Highly recommend.

Outstanding! The people who work here are sincerely caring and do great work. They offer express appointments for dogs who need it; one of our dogs has a lot of medical issues and this is very helpful for her. Our dogs have been pretty anxious with other groomers but they enjoy this place. I would highly recommend anyone with dogs in the area give this place a try.

They did a great job with my long hair chihuahuas Bear and Bella. Both had the mini groom. They took good care of them and I would definitely recommend. Very friendly people, with an organized checkin and it's a clean shop! I've seen other establishments in Gallatin and compared to them Groom Room is so much better experience. No wonder they are very busy! :-)
