The few times I've called with inquiries always met with a 'happy-to-serve' voice, offered immediate and expert advice, and shockingly with acceptable availability.So, actually been there for a procedure once- 2 Kittens to have overnight work done- and I couldn't have come away with a stronger level of confidence in the team's execution.They'll become our regular vet, and I highly recommend.

My girlfriend and I started taking our dog Sandy to this vet about a month ago. They have been extremely helpful call with her and are super gentle. This is a vet that we will continue to come back to as they have helped our new dog become less stressed and have a lot less anxiety. We love this place !

Our shihtzu was really sick. The vet we had been going to could not see her for a week, even though we were desperate to get her seen. I called the Critter clinic, they answered right away and got her scheduled for the next day. She was diagnosed with diabetes 45 minutes after she arrived to the clinic. After a week of treatment she is doing so much better! The staff was all so kind from the moment we walked in the door. The Doctor was so thorough and happily answered any questions or concerns I had. This will be our Vet from now on and I think I haver talked my mom into switching her dogs to this clinic. They also accept Care Credit (if you are wondering)
