We love McMillan!!! The staff is always friendly, helpful and responsive. Treatments for our dog have always been exactly what he needed. They have never made us feel pressured into doing something - many times they have recommended a less expensive, less invasive option first before going to something major. Also, the app is super helpful to be able to message about questions.
Everyone in the office was so kind and helpful. My female cat gave them challenges when examining and cutting her nails and they still got it done! If I wasn’t moving, I would be coming here for my pets care for sure! They are professional and great at what they do!
We've been to a lot of different vets but nothing like this one. We were so nervous due to not having a great experience previously elsewhere. They were very personable, explained everything well, and always kept us in the loop when it came to our dogs surgery. I also think they are reasonable on their pricing. I can not recommend them enough!
