- Our AC went out over the weekend in 90+ degree heat and Chris came to save the day! We called several companies on a Saturday evening and several companies could not do a service visit until Monday or Tuesday, but thank heavens for Chris - he was at our home by 8:30am on Sunday morning. Chris was so thorough, inspecting the outside unit, inside unit, all the wires, fuses and the main electrical board. He explained what he was looking at and doing through the whole process and when he found the problem he had the right supplies with him in his very organized and stocked van to do the fix. Chris is kind, honest, extremely knowledgeable in all things HVAC and he really went above and beyond to help us and fix our AC. This is the kind of good company that you stick with for emergencies and for standard yearly maintenance. We’re so thankful for Chris!
My 25 year old heat pump finally gave up the ghost. It was a good run, but now my house was 85 degrees. I am at the age where I really need AC. Called Reliable based upon recommendation of a friend and not wanting to deal with those companies that always seem to to have make several returns after install. Chris from Reliable responded to the call and walked me through options and the process for a new unit. Two days later he shows up with new unit and is in and out in 4 1/2 hours. Sitting here in my nice cool house and have a very professional looking install. They are very neat and meticulous, it not only cools well but looks good. Very pleased with the outcome, very quick response to MY emergency, took time to explain everything and answer all my questions. Would highly recommend them for a new unit or routine service. We'll done Reliable!
SAVE TIME AND WORRY. Call Chris. Chris was ultra responsive, knowledgable, and upfront transparent with the entire process of testing and determining next best steps. His heart is all in for 100% satisfaction. He and his team were quick, efficient, pleasant. The many 5 star reviews are not a fluke. The pride and workmanship I witnessed is rarely seen and so appreciated. Save yourself wonder and angst - Call Chris.
