The technician diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to repair same day. I rated them a 4 because I feel they overcharged for the freonIt may be typical of the industry but I felt it was too much.

You will not be disappointed. Bill and his crew replaced our old worn out HVAC with a new inverter system. It is so much quieter and efficient than before. Excellent service at an excellent price point. Highly Recommend!Service: Install AC
