We appreciated the quick response from Arctic Air when our heat went out! Allen was at our house within an hour of calling. He was kind and very knowledgeable about the problem. He was able to fix as quickly as possible.

My AC went out over the weekend (Sunday) during a really weekend. I called the after hours number to see when they would be able to come. Staci reached out immediately and set up an appointment for the next day. Allen showed up and immediately diagnosed the problem. He fixed the leak outside, made sure that the leak was fixed, and filled me back up with Freon. He had us back up and running in no time. The parts were covered under our parts warranty, which saved us having to pay to replace them. Staci and her team were awesome. Allen is very knowledgeable and professional.
