Josh responded to a trouble call on Saturday as the system intermittently stopped. He investigated on Sunday and determined that it was a faulty breaker. He switched the unit to an operable breaker to get the unit working. Afterwards he sent a quote for a breaker replacement. The work was scheduled, he arrived promptly on schedule and completed the replacement efficiently. Great service, punctual and fair priced.

I can’t say enough about this great company! My mother who is 93 years old had issues with her heat this past weekend when it was below freezing. Josh responded right away even though it was on the weekend. He came and resolved the issue and even found another potential issue that’s covered under warranty! I would highly recommend Pros!
