Absolutely amazing service! Was able to come and diagnose the same day I called. Was polite, efficient and was in and out less than an hour! I could not be more satisfied or had better care then I did today! Grateful is an understatement especially in this heat!
For years JW Long has been servicing our A/C needs. They have competent service guys who are friendly and knowledgeable. They are dependable and show up when they say they will. My last unit lasted 23 years and that is a testament to their service department and equipment that is installed. They have been quick with their work and respectful of me and my needs and above all trustworthy. I can't imagine using anyone else for my heating and cooling needs.
