“I don’t know if I have the words to properly explain the love I have for JAC right now. I’ve lived in my brand new build home for 3 years and the AC has never been quite right. I’ve called others (cheaper 🤦🏻♀) and they never took me seriously. Finally I had enough and called JAC with a very detailed description of what was going on. They came out in less than 24 hours and for the first time ever in my home, it’s truly icy cold air coming down from my vents. The person who answered my call and the tech that showed up listened to me and didn’t brush me off (happened by many other companies prior). He investigated, found me to be true in my frustrations and then found the problem. Super simple fix too. I wasn’t crazy or expecting too much. The builder and company subcontracted to put in unit screwed up. They didn’t do something they should have and I suffered for 3 years. Not anymore. Thanks to JAC my house is livable in the summer and I cooked in my kitchen tonight and my house didn’t heat to 80….I stayed 73, in the afternoon, with my oven on, in summer.
