Local Mechanical Heating & Air was wonderful to work with during a very unfortunate situation in one of the hottest months here in Charleston. Our HVAC system went out, and they were able to come diagnose the problem very quickly and promptly presented us with multiple options. We ultimately decided to go with a new HVAC system.
To hold us over until the new system could be installed, the owner even let us borrow portable air conditioners and helped set them up, which was incredibly thoughtful and made a stressful situation so much more manageable.
