“I h Had Isaac from Plumbing Professionals out to diagnose a leak from my upstairs shower that was draining into my HVAC intake downstairs. He came out very quickly, was flexible when I needed an extra 10 minutes to get home from running an errand, worked efficiently without making me feel rushed, was professional but approachable, and just genuinely easy to work with. In fact, we spent a good bit of time talking and joking after he’d wrapped up. The overall experience was great. At no point did I feel like I was being rushed or sold on work I didn’t actually need.
He tracked down the problem and verified it instead of guessing, and it turned out to be exactly what we suspected—a bad seal around the shower drain. He replaced the gasket (I happened to already have one) and properly resealed the drain. The whole job was finished well under the hour and a half covered by the service call, and there weren’t any surprise charges.
But there was one surprise: he knocked $25 off my bill! I definitely wasn’t expecting that.
I also really appreciated that Isaac took the time to explain what he was seeing and what he was doing, rather than leaving me in the dark, making some mystery repair, and then handing me a bill.
I feel confident the problem was actually fixed—not just patched over.
