“Two nice and very competent men came out to service our water heater and to replace a part that needed replacing. They arrived at the time promised, got right to work, kept me informed of what they were doing and left the water heater area spotless. Most importantly, they fixed the issue we were having. We’ve used Thrasher before, when we did a bathroom and kitchen remodel. We only have praise for the work they have done for us!“

“We had an incredible experience with this plumber (Richard?), and I can’t recommend him highly enough. When our hot water accessory tank failed, our usual repair team told us it would be three weeks before they could fit us in. With a family of six, that meant no hot showers, no dishwasher, and no warm water for laundry—such a bummer.

This plumber responded quickly and told us he'd come after finishing another job in the morning. That job ended up taking him all day, and when he arrived at our house at 5 PM, I fully expected him to say he'd have to come back another time. Instead, he got straight to work—and didn’t stop until 2:30 in the morning. I was blown away by his dedication, professionalism, and the fact that he went so far above and beyond to make sure our family had hot water again that same day.

“Perez Plumbing is the best! There was a large pool of oil leaking from an old tank onto my basement floor so I gave Moises a call on Sunday night. He called first thing Monday morning and quickly came by to check it out. He immediately arrived with his team. They drained and removed the tank and thoroughly cleaned up the floor.
