“After installing a tankless boiler a few months ago, we decided to forgo spending the summer with portable air conditioners throughout the house for a split system to be installed in our kitchen/dining room area.
Once again we experienced an excellent installation crew (thanks Zack) who, not only did a flawless job in our dining area, but also relocated the outside condenser to an outside area of our choosing. The location required additional work, but Zack was more than happy to comply.
Today we had a visit from Scott who spent an hour going over the system, the different settings available, and suggestions on fan speed, temperature, and all the other options available to us. He was not in a rush to leave and answered all of our questions.

When our hot water accessory tank failed, our usual repair team told us it would be three weeks before they could fit us in. With a family of six, that meant no hot showers, no dishwasher, and no warm water for laundry—such a bummer.

This plumber responded quickly and told us he'd come after finishing another job in the morning. That job ended up taking him all day, and when he arrived at our house at 5 PM, I fully expected him to say he'd have to come back another time. “Perez Plumbing is the best! There was a large pool of oil leaking from an old tank onto my basement floor so I gave Moises a call on Sunday night. He called first thing Monday morning and quickly came by to check it out. He immediately arrived with his team. They drained and removed the tank and thoroughly cleaned up the floor.
