A few weeks after buying our first home, we ran out of oil (one of many learning experiences I’m sure we’ll have) and T&M came the next day. Mike was excellent and walked us through the process as he filled the tank and primed the boiler.
Mike was excellent. I’m pretty hands-on and usually ask a lot of questions, and he was more than willing to explain everything he was doing during the boiler tune-up. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and gave me practical recommendations to help keep the system running efficiently and lasting as long as possible. On top of that, he was prompt, personable, and professional. It’s not always easy to find someone who does great work and takes the time to educate the customer, but Mike absolutely did both.
Im glad I found this oil company when I moved. They are on the ball and dont wait till the last minute to fill you so your stuck with a huge oil bill. The woman who answers the phone is always so nice.
Update! had my tune up done and Mike did a thorough job and has it running nice and smooth. nice guy!
