I knew this company was the real deal since 2017, when another company wanted to sell us a new unit for thousands of dollars, but John diagnosed the problem as simply an obvious cut wire and fixed the existing unit. “On February 21, my hot water tank blew up I was in the middle of getting ready to go to my mother-in-law‘s funeral. They came in immediately told me don’t worry about nothing Mr. Wise we will take care of everything. I left my house to them they came in they didn’t amazing job And they left my house just the way I left it that morning. God bless these people because I could not done what I had to do that day if it wasn’t for them.“

“My dryer broke had no heat. John came out the same day on time. Fixed the thermostat within maybe 20/30 minutes. Made sure there were no other issues with the dryer. Cleaned out the bottom of the dryer. Very friendly professional. Dryer is fixed. Im very happy. I spoke with one other company prior to speaking with John and to just diagnose the problem it would have cost 50 dollars more. So I highly recommend and will call again when needed.“
