What a great experience! The crew that came out to install a new hot water heater were professional, yet very personable. They were knowledgeable and worked efficiently (and cleaned up after themselves).

We really lucked out! Our previous plumber retired. Bernie, Tim, & crew were very responsive. We left a message on their service & Bernie called back minutes later. We needed the water heater in our summer cottage replaced. The job was completed the very next day. It was not an easy job, as the basement door & frame needed to be removed in order for the water heater to fit through. (Although the make & model was the same as our old heater, the manufacturer apparently added an inch of insulation around it, so the new one didn't fit.) I had a wonderful experience using Carbone Heating. I called and they answered right away. Over the phone they gave me a window as to when a tech would show up. The tech came over almost immediately and was able to diagnose and fix the problem in under 15 minutes. The price was fantastic. 5-star service. I highly recommend this company.
