Had ducts work cleaned which had never been done before. Carlos Sr. and Carlos Jr. were great, walked me through the process prior to getting started. Talked me through how they would overcome the challenges with my ducts and showed me pictures before and after cleaning. Professional and clean while completing work. Could tell the difference in air quality very quickly. JB was great in getting me the information needed to make the right choice of services. Had to reschedule on them and they were great in being flexible to meet my needs.

I had a fantastic experience with air duct cleaning of New England from start to finish! I recently purchased a condo and quickly learned how dirty my dryer vent was and decided I needed to get that clean along with my air ducts. It was easy to schedule, they arrived on time and kept me updated through the whole process. Jim and Carlos were fantastic, friendly, hard working and showed me before and after pictures at the end. I thought their pricing was very reasonable and would recommend them to anyone!
