“Excellent experience from start to finish. He came out very quickly when we were having problems with our Navien heating and hot water system and was able to diagnose and fix the issue efficiently.
He was extremely friendly, patient, professional, and took the time to explain what was going on and answer all of our questions. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and genuinely cares about getting the job done right.
Fast response, great communication, excellent service, and very professional throughout the entire visit. It’s not always easy to find someone this reliable and pleasant to work with. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing, heating, or Navien service. We will definitely be calling him again in the future. Highly recommended!”

“Dwayne did the annual service/cleaning on our two splits. He was efficient, personable, and very helpful in answering some questions I had about the units. A very good experience!”

“In February 2025 the gauge on our oil tank stopped working and we ran out of oil without even realizing it. We woke up in the middle of the night to a freezing house. We called our oil provider that morning and they said they wouldn’t come out for 2-3 days. We called around to a few places until we finally found one that could come out same day, Micheletti Oil. The owner himself actually came and delivered our oil. He even came inside and bled our tank since it had run empty and made sure the heat was working again. To do this for someone who wasn’t even an existing customer is unheard of. This was the most above and beyond service I have ever received from any business. We have been customers ever since and cannot recommend them enough.”
