“We bought a new carrier heat pump system from new age back in 2024. Within the first two years we had 3 refrigerant leaks that caused us to lose heat in the middle of winter. New Age was quick to come out and address them each time they occurred. The manager, Jason, finally reached out to talk to us about all of the problems we have been having. He helped to extend our warranty and further look into the systems past problems to get more information. He was thoughtful, kind and quick to make sure we felt happy with our system and address our concerns. Based on how much new age values customer satisfaction and is quick to address problems , we would highly. recommend them.“

“Matt Hamilton and his apprentice/daughter, Charlene were at my home about a month ago. I should have written this review that day!!! I was convinced I was probably going to have to install a new forced air heater. I had started to notice the heater ran almost constantly. Would shut off and restart after 6 minutes around the clock. A friend told me the heating element probably needed replacement. ANYWAY, after being here for maybe 1/2 hour or 40 minutes, I started to get nervous as to what the problem was. Turns out, the FILTER needed to be replaced!!!! Hell, he could have told me that the Johnson rod and the catalytic converter both needed to be replaced for $700 - I sure wouldn't have known any better (LOL). Total time and labor - $120.

He and his daughter were professional, honest, personable and MORE than helpful (came the very next day after my call, too)!!.

So in summary, what I'm saying is you may not be as lucky as I was for such a minor issue with the filter BUT if MATT says it's the JOHNSON ROD or the REAR STRUT, you can BELIEVE HIM!!!

I might have to write another review so I can give them 5 MORE STARS!!!
