“The guys at US Supply Company helped me with a new plumbing install for a new shower when no one else could, and they were honest.I bought a showerhead online. I thought it came with rough-in plus a trim kit with a handle, but it didn't. The customer service for the showerhead company was in China and was no help. My contractor told me that rough-ins come in only Moen and Delta varieties, and he didn't know how to make my off-brand showerhead work in the new shower.I turned to US Supply and they were able to help me! They put together a rough-in and trim kit that would work with what I had. Not only that, after I left they compared what they had ordered with the specs that the Chinese company had on its website, and realized that I didn't need all the supplies they ordered while I was in the shop. So they were honest and cancelled the unnecessary part, even calling me back to let me know. What amazing, awesome service. Highly recommended!“

“I can't recommend Scatton's enough!!Our oil boiler was dying so we made the decision to convert to gas. We had shopped around for the project, unlike the others Scatton's wasn't "salesy" and they were the most fair and straightforward with their proposal. I was able to call/email/text with our sales rep, Dave, as I had questions pop up and he was always so helpful. Every single person I dealt with at the company was knowledgeable, professional and just very pleasant to deal with (Dave, Andi, Mark, John, Ted).
