“My mini split AC was giving an error and wouldn't run. Justin came out, looked at it, determined what it needed eventhough it was older and not made anymore, he got and installed the parts and it fired right up. Now he's in search of a new fan motor since the bearing is going bad in mine, yes it's screaming. The day after he was here for the AC parts install, in the coldest week of the winter, my boiler started leaking all over the place and you couldn't light the pilot light because that was full of water too. I called Justin and he called back immediately, took the info he needed, told us what to do in the interim. He came out the next day, verified everything and the new boiler was sitting in my driveway later that day. He had it fully installed and heating the house within 2 days of my contacting him. It's been running like a champ since, and the house heats up faster and is more comfortable than it ever was. He's still in search of the AC fan, it's harder to get since they don't make it anymore but since it's 21 degrees outside, that's not urgent. I recommend him he's a true professional.“

“This morning I woke up at 5:15 am realizing it was super cold in the house. Outside temperature was 26° and my heater must of turned off during the night ?. I called ARTISAN’S HOME SERVICES and they sent out Justin first thing in the morning to diagnosed my heating problem with his electronic devices. He pinpointed the problem exactly and replaced only what was broken. I was happy with the work and that he didn’t try to upsell me on a new heating unit like most company’s would these days. I was amazed with his knowledge of my system even know this is the first time he was here. I would recommend anyone that is looking for great quality family owned HVAC busyness.???“

“So my hot water tank decided to break after 20 years and man is it stressful when you have water all over your basement floor but no worries because TPS to the rescue. Within two days they were able to get all the supplies and install it. When I say they are fast, they are fast. The whole team is outstanding !! They took both my hot water tank and heating system out and put in a new Navien Combi. Tankless water heater and boiler all in one. The pro about this, it will save on my Gas bill. Thank you TPS for coming to the rescue and taking my worries away.“

We received a price quote in a few days, the parts were ordered & Ben came back to do the repair. He was both professional & friendly. “We're really glad that we were connected to the team at Sol Heating and Cooling. When we purchased our home, we called the number on our HVAC system and the technician from another company immediately told us that we were leaking carbon monoxide and needed a new system. I called Dave for a second opinion, and he spent over an hour explaining how my system works, that the other company had flat out lied to me, that there was no carbon monoxide leak, and further explained what the real issues with our system were.It's very important to have contractors that you trust, and we have that with Sol.
